The duration of the apprenticeship is 3 years. The theoretical part at the vocational school takes place parallel to the practical training in the company. We offer you an interesting apprenticeship that keeps everything open for your future career, combined with versatile and excellent training and development opportunities in a globally active family business.
What we offer you:
- An exciting apprenticeship in which you will spend some time in the various departments of the company to familiarize yourself with all products and areas of responsibility.
- Your tasks will be in the areas of sales, including complete order processing, accounting, materials management, general administration and marketing.
- In order to get to know the product and our production, each new employee will spend a few weeks at the beginning working in all areas of production. It is also possible to work in the field in the assembly area.
- During the training period, you will have the opportunity to travel to one of our partners abroad (e.g. USA, Australia and many European countries) and work there for 4 weeks. You will be fully involved in the choice of country.

What you can expect:
- During the practical phases of your dual study program, you will work together with your supervisors on a variety of projects relating to our range of services in the field of stainless steel.

Your tasks:
- accounts receivable management
- Order entry and invoicing in the ERP system
- Scheduling and monitoring
- Freight forwarding including export documents
- Preparation of factory certificates
- customer complaint handling
- Communication with our global partners and customers
What we expect:
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Experience in an international environment and intercultural skills required

Your tasks:
- Maintenance and further development of a competitive product portfolio, including initiation and implementation of product improvements and innovations
- Contact person for technical issues in close cooperation with internal interfaces (sales, project management, production, marketing) as well as external testing institutes and approval bodies
- Selection of suppliers and development of strategic partnerships
- Training and consulting for internal stakeholders and external partners
- Definition of requirements and specifications, and creation of technical documentation
- Development of sales promotion materials in close cooperation with the marketing department
- Responsibility for product-related quality management, including complaints
What we expect:
- Completed degree with a technical background comparable qualification
- Ideally, experience in product management and in the architecture or construction industry
- Structured, independent way of working, ability to work in a team and strong implementation skills
- Good knowledge of English
