Expo 2016 in Antalya, one of the largest international trade fairs for horticulture and the environment, provided an impressive platform for innovations and sustainable developments in the fields of the environment, architecture and urban planning. Under the motto "A Green Life for Future Generations", the event attracted visitors from all over the world and presented progressive solutions for a greener future. The Expo focused on modern design elements and the sustainable use of resources, making it an outstanding event in the world of architecture and design.

On the exhibition grounds, all waterways were secured with wooden railings to prevent falls and unauthorized access. The wooden frames were fitted with X-TEND® CXS Stainless Steel Cable Mesh, which fitted perfectly into the overall concept of the Expo thanks to its openness and transparency. The durable, weather-resistant and largely maintenance-free cable mesh was an ideal solution for securing outdoor railings and underlined the sustainable approach of the event.
