Project details
Huebergass Bern
The Huebergass is the beating heart of a lively development where togetherness is a top priority. As a central axis, it connects communal and private spaces, creates encounters and invites people to linger in its cozy subspaces. A particular architectural highlight are the spacious balconies and outdoor rooms, which open out onto the alleyway and ideally implement the concept of "living through". X-TEND® stainless steel cable meshes were used here for maximum security. A total of 678 m² with a mesh size of 40 mm and 426 m² with a mesh size of 80 mm, each with a cable diameter of 1.5 mm, provide protection and blend seamlessly into the surroundings.
The facade greenery is growing bit by bit and transforming the Huebergass into a real highlight. It not only creates a pleasant atmosphere, but also provides natural shade and enhances the quality of life for the entire community. Huebergass impressively demonstrates how community, architecture and nature can merge harmoniously and invites you to experience a new way of living.
