Project details

Day care centre Schatzkiste Eislingen

The new Schatzkiste daycare center in Eislingen meets the growing demand for childcare places. The modern facility offers space for 65 children and creates a space in which the little ones can feel safe and comfortable. The daycare center, built in a residential area, sets an architectural accent with its significant appearance and deliberately stands out from the surrounding buildings. This design emphasizes its special role in the district. To ensure the safety of the children, the daycare center is equipped with high-quality, storey-high stainless steel fall protection. The almost transparent mesh barely interferes with the architecture and allows the little ones to play carefree with maximum protection.

An X-TEND® Colours stainless steel cable mesh in elegant black. With a mesh width of 40 mm and a cable diameter of 1.5 mm, the mesh offers a filigree yet robust solution. The edges are connected using a 6 mm thick stainless steel cable, which is held in tension by screw-fastened turnbuckles and guided by ring nuts.

From planning and measuring to installation, the project was implemented completely from a single source, guaranteeing maximum precision and quality. The Schatzkiste day nursery impressively demonstrates how innovative security solutions such as X-TEND® can not only provide protection, but also ensure visually appealing integration into modern architecture - an ideal combination of functionality and design.
