Project details

FRAMEWORKX® XT3 gate

Thanks to modern manufacturing processes, FRAMEWORKX® XT3 frames make it possible to cut out any conceivable special shape from the edge profiles. In this project, therefore, not only the mesh holders were prepared, but also the recesses for a lock case and cable guides for the electric door opener. Thanks to the flexibility of the mesh, it is no problem to avoid possible collision points and work around them. As the positions of the welded-on components, such as the door hinges and retaining brackets, are already defined during the design phase, there is no need to measure and mark out the positions when assembling the door. This means that all that remains to be done in the workshop is inserting and welding.

To minimize the time required for installation, the doors were completely pre-assembled in the factory. A plug-and-play solution was created using the plug-and-screw design, where the system only needs to be placed on prepared foundations and aligned. The flange plates and the connecting tube disappear underground and are no longer visible.
